Collaborative Leadership
In a collaborative type of leadership, the leader focuses on the needed skills and attributes to complete a task. In this type of leadership, the leader will look for the skills needed to complete a task. Leaders and members will help one another out to complete a similar task by sharing ideas that may be a great deal of help. This style of leadership helps people when people have the necessary skills needed to complete a task. For example, a group may have a task that involves similar skills such as technological skills. The group would have the necessary level of skill to do this task. A group with members who are comfortable with technology would exceed in expectations. The group would collaborate with each other to create the best possible outcome.
